You no longer see

The love I have

Only for thee

I call to you

You don't hear

I'm losing you

My greatest fear

I reach for you

You're not there

My heart searching so

Where oh where

Heavenly eyes

Wind in your hair

The way you loved me

The sundresses you'd wear

Precious moments

Your touch so kind

Although you've gone

You rule my mind

Entwined
Your face to me
A distant dream
A memory I cherish
Of my beautiful Queen

I still feel your breath
I remember that kiss
The touch of your hand
The feelings of bliss
The sweet soft voice
Soothing in my ear
The skipping of my heart
Whenever you're near
'Mere my lover
Lest we fade away
Intimately entwined all night
Sleeping all day

Forever I am yours

Wish you were mine

To hold each night

To the end of our time

Yet actions and words

So far apart they are

I'm left to dream

Wishing on every star

I fail at this

What I need so much

At least once in a while

Every future moment

Tinged with doubt

So much time alone

Living without

To end this solitude

Loving my best friend

Together as is meant

Until my end

Seems so sweet

A story to be told

Until I wake lonesome
